that means you are now a official =SCC= member. you can wear the =SCC= Clantag now.

first of all you get rank 18 Admin rights (we have a list somewhere in the forum were you can see all stuff you can do with rank 18). If we think you can handle the rights well, you will automaticly get rank 19 (and so on), but if you cant or do crap with it, you will loose the rights....
